Cannabis trafficking is the name given to any drug crime in Nevada that involves more than 100 pounds of marijuana. This means that any of the following Nevada crimes increase to a trafficking charge if more than 100 pounds of marijuana is involved:

• Simple possession;
• Possession of marijuana with intent to sell; and
• Cultivation of marijuana.
