Summary

The Advertising Manager will develop and maintain advertising strategy and policies, plan and direct advertising initiatives, oversee production of promotional materials and advertising channels the company uses to effectively reach the target audience to generate and increase interest in purchase of services provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advertising strategy and policies based on the company needs and market research.
  • Plan and oversee advertising initiatives including organic search engine optimization and paid search to generate and increase interest in the company services among potential clients.
  • Direct development and improvement of content and design of the company advertising materials and channels including website and social media, utilizing management software such as Zoho Social.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and company employees to monitor progress and outcome of advertising initiatives, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and suggest potential improvements.
  • Contribute to strengthening relationship with local law firms to increase the number of client referrals.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Management or Advertising.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience generating quality content using AI tools such as ChatGPT and SEO Writing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with design and video editing software including Corel Suite and Adobe Suite.
  • Proven ability to plan and direct advertising initiatives to generate and increase interest in the services.
  • In-depth understanding of common design and advertising principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategy and evaluating results utilizing data analysis and market research skills.
  • Proficiency in content optimization and website tracking software, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Clearscope.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
