Armed robbery in Las VegasThe two culprits – 23-year-old Denzel Jones and 21-year-old Trashuana Outlaw – were both charged with two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, eight counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of burglary with a deadly weapon, and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery.

According to investigators, the suspects were involved in an armed robbery on January 18th. The Henderson Police Department was first alerted to the situation when they received a call about the incident at Chase Bank. Witnesses described one of the suspects as a male who was carrying a handgun. The suspect reportedly fled the scene by getting into the passenger side of a vehicle.

A few days after this robbery, the Henderson Police Department was alerted to another armed robbery on January 25th. This time, the incident occurred at America First Credit Union on Eastern Avenue, only five miles away from the first robbery a few days prior.

While no one was hurt in either ordeal, police say they received similar descriptions of the suspects for both incidents. The Henderson Police Department called in the North Las Vegas Police Department, the FBI, and the Metropolitan Police Department to identify, track down, and apprehend the suspects.

Both suspects had their bond set at $170,000.
